BillyBets is a complete gambling site launched in 2024. With both a casino and a sportsbook, this site has a lot to offer. We’ve given the casino a visit and in our review you can read about our experiences, bonus offers, payments, and the best online slots.
We’ve tested this online casino before. Then it was owned and operated by NovaForge Limited. NovaForge was also the company behind casinos such as Win Rolla Casino, Rich Royal Casino, MrPacho Casino, and several others.
Today BillyBets Casino is owned and operated by Luxinero Group, a company holding offices in Costa Rica. This company is also operating a lot of the other casinos formerly owned and operated by NovaForge Limited.
When we reviewed BillyBets Casino the first time, we could not find any information about NovaForge Limited on their website. Neither can we find any information about Luxinero Group on the BillyBets website today.
On several websites, it’s claimed that BillyBets has a Costa Rica iGaming licence. No such thing exists. There’s no Costa Rican iGaming authority that can issue licences. This is most likely an online casino without any valid licence.
Safety is important when you want to enjoy the thrill of slots or live dealer games. If you don’t feel safe, you’re likely to not get a great gaming experience. It’s important that you feel safe and trust the online casino you choose to visit.
For us, it’s difficult to trust an anonymous website where the owner is hidden. Not holding a licence is also strengthening this. Regardless of this, we decided to register and make a deposit to review BillyBets online casino.
If you’ve visited some of the casinos formerly operated by NovaForge Limited, you’ll recognize BillyBets Casino immediately. This casino is built on the same platform and has the same structure as the other casinos. We’ve to say it’s user-friendly.
When visiting this casino, you’ll meet the farmer Billy. Billy will greet you and present you for the BillyBets Casino welcome offer. We’ll get back to this bonus offer and the promotional offers a bit later in this review of BillyBets online casino.
We’ve mentioned that this is a user-friendly casino, and you won’t need to spend much time exploring it before you feel like home. In the upper right corner you have two buttons for registration and login, along with the search function.
In the upper left corner, you’ll find a button to open or close the navigational menu. By default this is open, making it easy to explore the online casino. In the bottom of this menu, you’ll find buttons to change the language of the website and open the support chat.
From the navigational menu you can visit Promotions, Home, Casino, Live Casino, Jackpots, Sports, Live Betting, Virtual Sports, Challenges, Tournaments, Bonus Crab, Shop, and VIP Levels.
Shortcuts to the different game collections are found below the banner showing you the BillyBets bonus offer for new players. Some of these are New, Top, Popular, Exclusive, and Hot Jackpots. You can also sort games by provider.
Scrolling down a bit and you can see some of the games in the different collections. In the Top collection, we found slots like Gates of Olympus 1000, Bonanza Billion, Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, and Merge Up.
We also have to mention a few games in the New collection. Here we found new online slots such as Gods of Glory, King of the Streets, and Last Man Standing. With this collection you’ll always be updated on the latest slot releases at BillyBet Casino.
In the footer menu there are several useful shortcuts to pages with information about Privacy Notice and Responsible Gaming. But, there’s no information about this being a casino operated by Luxinero Group or any licence.
We can’t really say that the first impression we got was really great. This isn’t a transparent casino. It’s also a casino without any licence. It’s important to consider the risk if you are planning on making a deposit on this online casino.
It’s a well-known fact that most players are visiting mobile casinos in 2026. Most players are also likely to visit BillyBets Mobile Casino. We’re not much different from other players, so most of our testing was done at the mobile casino.
The casino has a sleek and simple design, which is beneficial for BillyBets Mobile Casino. This is a mobile casino that’s easy to use, and you’ll not need to spend much time familiarizing yourself with the Luxinero Group casino.
We also have to mention that BillyBets Mobile Casino is responsive, so you can expect the best possible user-experience regardless of what mobile or browser you’re using. The casino will automatically adjust to your platform when you visit the casino.
You can expect to find all the same games at BillyBets Mobile Casino as you’ll find at the online casino. A bit later in this review we’ll give you some tips on the best online slots with the highest RTP at this online casino.
You can visit most of the pages at the casino without being logged in, but if you would like to get full access, you’ll have to be a member and logged in to your BillyBets Casino player account.
As it’s completely free to register and log in at the casino, we can recommend signing up if you’re considering playing at BillyBets online casino. It’ll only take you a minute, and once logged in, it’s easy to see if this casino will work out for you.
We’re showing you how to become a BillyBets Casino member below. If you decide to make a deposit, you should also complete the verification process. Doing this will increase the protection of your player account at the casino.
When you’re going to make your first deposit, you can choose between a 100 % BillyBets betting bonus up to 1000 kr or a 100 % casino deposit bonus up to 5,000 kr along with 200 free spins for online slots.
To qualify for the BillyBets Casino welcome bonus, you’ll have to make a deposit of at least 200 kr. Bonus funds and 20 free spins are added to your account upon a qualified deposit. Remaining free spins are added to your account over the next 9 days.
Free spins have to be used within 24 hours after they’re added to your account. Unused free spins will be lost. Any winnings from the free spins at BillyBets Casino are paid as bonus funds with a wagering requirement of 40x.
Bonus funds have a wagering requirement of 35x. You’ve 10 days to meet this requirement. When playing with bonus funds on your account, you can’t place bets with a value higher than 1,000 kr.
There’s a lot of different promotional offers at BillyBets Casino. This goes for both the sportsbook and the casino. At NorgesCasino.com, we focus on the casino, so we’re not going to spend any time at the betting bonuses.
When wagering real money at the casino you’ll earn points that can be exchanged for free spins and bonuses in the shop. By earning more points you’ll also advance in the loyalty program, and you can earn a VIP status.
There are regular BillyBets reload bonuses available. Every week you can get free spins for some of the most popular slots at the casino. You can also get bonus packages with bonus bonus funds and free spins.
Every single day you can get up to 4,000 kr cashback when playing at the slots. How many percentages you get depends on your progress in the loyalty program. There’s also a live casino cashback up to 2,000 kr every week.
Participating in the BillyBets tournaments is a great way to get the chance to bag some extra prizes. You can also earn extra points for the loyalty program by completing challenges at this online casino.
There’s a lot of different payment methods at BillyBets Casino, but not all of them are available for players in Norway. Some of these are Skrill, Neteller, and PaysafeCard. Norwegian players can use these methods, but not for online gaming.
If you’re situated in Norway, we would recommend using Revolut, MiFinity, or crypto currencies. These are safe and user-friendly deposit methods accepted by BillyBets Casino. VISA and MasterCard are also available.
On the website you can read about fast BillyBets withdrawals, but we can’t really agree to that statement. Even if you’ve verified your account, it might take up to 120 hours until your withdrawals are processed. That’s slow withdrawals.
As the maximum BillyBets withdrawal pending time is 120 hours, it’s important to avoid any delays. We’ll recommend completing the verification process as soon as possible after making a deposit at the casino.
The casino lobby at BillyBets is well organized with several different slot collections, and along with the search function it’s easy to find the slots you enjoy the most. As mentioned, it’s also possible to list the slots by provider.
We were disappointed after checking out the Jackpots and Hot Jackpots collections. We could not find slots like WowPot! or Mega Moolah. Some of the slots we did find were Jackpot Express, Holmes and the Stolen Stones, and Casino Spin.
We could find a few slots with high RTP at BillyBets Casino. The high RTP slots are Joker Strike, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Jokerizer, and Good Girl Bad Girl. We think the casino should have more high RTP slots.
The live dealer games at BillyBets Live Casino are provided by Pragmatic Play, Playtech, BetGamesTV, OnAir Entertainment. We’ve to say that the range of games available in the live lobby are great.
We also have to mention the weekly live casino cashback. Every week you can earn up to 2,000 kr when playing at BillyBets Live Casino. If you’ve reached the highest level in the loyalty program you can get 25 % live casino cashback.
You can reach out to the support by email or live chat 24/7, but there’s no Norwegian support agents available. Our experience with the BillyBets Casino support is that the live chat is the best option to use if you want a fast solution.
We found several sources claiming that BillyBets Casino has a Costa Rican casino licence. The problem is that there’s no such licence. Most likely, this casino has no valid licence.
To prevent unwanted third-parties accessing your private data when registering or making a deposit, the website is encrypted using SSL. No third-parties can access or read your information because of this.
Self-exclusion is the only tool for responsible gaming at BillyBets Casino. We would like to have the opportunity to activate and adjust gaming limits. That could have made the casino safer when it comes to responsible gaming.
We find it difficult to trust a non-transparent casino. We’re speculating as to why Luxinero Group doesn’t want to put their name on and be associated with BillyBets Casino. On top of that, it’s most likely that the casino has no licence.
We didn’t have any particular negative experiences when playing at the casino, except for slow withdrawals. The bonus offers are decent, and it’s easy to make deposits at the casino. They also have a great range of slots. But, so do also a lot of other casinos.
